There is NO sales tax in Montana !

We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.  We ship only after payment is received.  No CODS.  Please do not send cash.   If placing your order by e-mail, do not send credit card information, but call us.  All orders will be shipped by US Postal Service.

For orders outside of the United States:
We accept checks, money orders, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only in US dollars. We will charge actual US Postal Service shipping rates.  Please indicate if you prefer expedited (2 to 6 days) or standard service (4-10 days or 4-6 weeks). 

Backorders:
You will be notified if any item is backordered

Special Orders:
We do not send special orders as drop shipments.  In order that we can assure you the best quality of  merchandise, all product will be shipped directly by Big Sky Genealogy. In the event that a special order item is not in "like new" condition when we receive it, you will be notified.

 

Return Policy:
Returns are allowed only with prior approval.  All returns will be subject to a 30% restocking charge and must be accompanied by a copy of your receipt.    Any item returned must be in "like new" condition.  Returns may be exchanged for other items or an in-store credit will be issued.

Privacy Policy:
All customer information is confidential and not sold or given away to anyone.
