This sheet lists the location of vital records, information pertaining to census records, land records, court records, military records, additional sources and archives, libraries and societies.  Each sheet also includes a map, which shows the counties and surrounding areas of that state.  Each page is laminated, 3-holed punched and measures 8-1/2" x 11".  Some states will have more than one page.
